Refund Policy:
If a location is either inaccessible because
of safety reasons or photography of it is not allowed, the family will
be given a refund (40% of project cost) , a map and the Orphanage City
CD at the conclusion of the project. Please note that this refund does
not apply if the child's location has been torn down or in some way
remodeled prior to the time pictures are taken.

Credit Card and cash payments are accepted
on-line via Paypal but please do not pay prior to receiving project or
Paypal instructions from Asia Threads.
Privacy
Statement:
Information specific to any child is neither discussed with nor
disclosed to anyone other than those representing Asia Threads or the
orphanage (and foster parents only if the family requests a letter be
shared with them and the orphanage allows for this to occur). All 'child
location specific' documents and information submitted by each family
is returned to that family at the conclusion of the project. Please note
that the Asia Threads fee is not tax-deductible. All
documents/spreadsheets which contain child location site information and
that are created by Asia Threads during the course of the project will
shredded at the conclusion of the project. Due to business necessity,
Asia Threads will maintain required 'family' information (family name)
and accounting records (amount paid).
